Mileage is calculated from pickup location to drop off destination. You’ll receive an invoice with a complete price for approval before payment.

More Dogs, One Mileage Charge

Riding with siblings? Dogs traveling together from the same household are each charged the $10 base fee, but the mileage is only charged once.

Example: Two dogs traveling together for a five-mile ride would be: Total: $30

• $10 base fee for Dog 1

• $10 base fee for Dog 2

• $10 mileage charge

Additional Service Fees

After-Hours Rides: Additional $5

Our standard ride hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rides scheduled outside of these hours are subject to a $5 after-hours fee.

Urgent Ride Requests: Additional $10

Fee is applied to an urgent request within two hours of pickup. Urgent rides are subject to driver availability. If more than one scheduling fee applies, only the highest applicable fee will be charged.

Appointment Wait Time

The first 15 minutes of wait time are included. After that, wait time is charged at $10 for every additional 30 minutes or portion thereof. If an unexpected delay occurs, we’ll contact you before continuing to wait and adding additional charges whenever possible. For longer grooming or veterinary appointments, we may recommend scheduling a separate drop off and pickup instead.

Additional service fees are charged per trip, not per dog.
