For urgent rides, please call or text instead of submitting our regular Ride Request Form so we can let you know as quickly as possible whether a driver is available.

  • Emergency Vet Rides
    Transportation to an emergency veterinary hospital or urgent care veterinary clinic.

  • Last Minute Pickups & Drop-Offs
    Stuck at work? Plans changed? We may be able to help with a last minute daycare, grooming, boarding, or home pickup.

  • Check on My Pup
    Running later than expected? We can stop by to check on your dog, provide water, let them outside for a potty break and make sure everything looks okay.

  • After-Hours Transportation
    Need transportation outside of our normal operating hours? Give us a call and we’ll let you know if someone is available.

Important to Know:

  • Urgent rides are accepted based on driver availability, location, timing, and your dog’s needs.

  • Urgent rides are rides requested within two hours of pick-up include an additional $10 fee.

  • After-hours rides requested outside of our standard 7:00am - 7:00pm hours are subject to an additional $5 fee.

  • We’ll always confirm the cost with you before accepting a ride. We only charge the highest applicable scheduling fee. For example, an Urgent ride at 8 p.m. receives the $10 fee, not both the $10 Urgent fee and $5 After-Hours fee.

  • In a medical emergency, please contact your veterinarian or the nearest ER vet hospital first. While Soul Dogz provides transportation, we do not provide vet diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or medical services.

  • Please note: Urgent & After-Hours Rides are not eligible for the Soul Dogz complimentary first ride. The free first ride applies only to qualifying, regularly scheduled first time rides.
